EPA Establishes Time-Limited Tolerance for Pyriproxyfen on Succulent Beans

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has granted an emergency exemption under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act to use pyriproxyfen on succulent beans, establishing a maximum permissible level for residues of the pesticide in this food commodity, which will expire on June 30, 2003.
