The Coast Guard is implementing special local regulations for the Milwaukee River Challenge crew boat races to ensure the safety of participants and spectators on the Milwaukee River in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, during the event scheduled to take place on the navigable waters of the Milwaukee River.
