DOD Banks and Credit Unions Transition to New Operational Responsibilities

The Department of Defense has finalized a rule transferring banking and credit union operations from the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense (Comptroller) to the Defense Finance and Accounting Service, in response to changes in financial technology and delivery methods.
