Agency Announces OMB Approval for Pension and Welfare Benefits Administration Information Collections

The Pension and Welfare Benefits Administration has announced that the Office of Management and Budget has approved the collection of information related to participant-directed individual account plans under ERISA, following the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
