DoD Proposes Changes to Balance of Payments Program Policy Under DFARS

The Department of Defense (DoD) is proposing to update the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) to include new policy guidelines for the Balance of Payments Program, replacing existing Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) policy that has been proposed for elimination.
