EPA Approves Revisions to California State Implementation Plan for Bay Area and South Coast Air Quality Management Districts

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has taken direct final action to approve revisions to the California State Implementation Plan (SIP) for the Bay Area Air Quality Management District (BAAQMD) and South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD), regulating volatile organic compound emissions from adhesives and other solvent-containing materials.
