Missouri Revises Public Water System Supervision Program to Meet Federal Drinking Water Regulations

The State of Missouri is revising its Public Water System Supervision Program to align with federal drinking water regulations, including Consumer Confidence Reporting and Administrative Penalty authority, as mandated by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and previously published on August 19, 1998, and April 28, 1998, respectively.
