EPA Proposes Settlement Agreement to Address NYPIRG Lawsuit Under Clean Air Act

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has lodged a proposed settlement agreement with the US District Court for the Southern District of New York to address a lawsuit filed by the New York Public Interest Research Group (NYPIRG) alleging EPA's failure to respond to citizen petitions in a timely manner, as required by the Clean Air Act.
