Medicare Program; Requirements for the Recredentialing of Medicare+Choice Organization Providers

The Medicare program has updated its recredentialing requirements for physicians and other healthcare professionals working for Medicare+Choice Organizations (M+COs), extending the frequency from every 2 years to every 3 years, in line with industry standards and private accrediting processes, aiming to simplify administrative tasks and maintain quality for Medicare beneficiaries.
