NMFS Proposes Modification to Marine Mammal Regulations at Vandenberg Air Force Base

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) is proposing to reduce monitoring requirements for marine mammals at Vandenberg Air Force Base, CA, in response to a request from the 30th Space Wing, U.S. Air Force, to modify the regulations governing the incidental take of marine mammals during rocket launches.
