President Orders Active Duty of Ready Reserve Forces and Transfers Authorities to Defense and Transportation Secretaries

The President has activated the Ready Reserve of the Armed Forces and delegated certain authorities to the Secretary of Defense and the Secretary of Transportation, in response to recent national security concerns.
