Nasdaq/National Market Securities to Extend Reporting Plan Effectiveness

The National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc., the Pacific Exchange, Inc., and several regional exchanges are seeking public comment on a plan to extend the temporary effectiveness of a reporting plan for securities traded on these exchanges, which would allow for an additional six months of reporting before becoming permanent.
