NASA Adopts Final Rule for Safety and Health in Contracts

NASA has adopted a final rule to implement a new Safety and Health (Short Form) clause, which addresses safety and occupational health in all NASA contracts above the micro-purchase threshold, replacing existing clauses with the new standard.
