EPA Proposes Approval of Pinal County Air Quality Control District Operating Permit Program

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve revisions to the operating permit program of the Pinal County Air Quality Control District in Arizona, which was initially submitted in response to the Clean Air Act Amendments of 1990 and granted interim approval in 1996. The EPA is now seeking to finalize the program, contingent upon the district's submission of revised rules adopted in 2001.
