EPA Requests Public Comment on CRRR Regulations Under CERCLA

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is requesting public comment on the Continuous Release Reporting Regulations (CRRR) under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act of 1980 (CERCLA), which is set to expire on September 30, 2001. The EPA is submitting this request for review and approval to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act.
