Television Broadcasting Services Reallocates Channel 31 from Elk City, OK to Borger, TX

The Federal Communications Commission has reallocated Channel 31 from its original location in Elk City, Oklahoma to Borger, Texas, in response to a petition filed by TV 31, L.L.C., and modified the authorization for Station KBCA to operate on Channel 31 at Borger, as authorized by the July 9, 2001, Federal Register notice (66 FR 35767).
