US Department of Commerce Announces Final Countervailing Duty Determination for Hot-Rolled Carbon Steel Flat Products from India

The US Department of Commerce has published its final determination in a countervailing duty investigation, updating the subsidy rates for hot-rolled carbon steel flat products imported from India, effective from April 1, 1999 to March 31, 2000.
