U.S. Department of Commerce Announces Final Countervailing Duty Determination for Indonesian Hot-Rolled Carbon Steel Flat Products

The Department of Commerce has published its final determination in a countervailing duty investigation, finding a net subsidy rate for Indonesian hot-rolled carbon steel flat products that differs from its preliminary determination, effective from January 1, 1999, through December 31, 1999.
