EPA Approves Revisions to California State Implementation Plan for VOC Emissions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has taken direct final action to approve revisions to the California State Implementation Plan (SIP) for the Imperial County Air Pollution Control District (ICAPCD) and Monterey Bay Unified Air Pollution Control District (MBUAPCD), regulating volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions from automotive refinishing operations, metal parts and products coating, and nonarchitectural coatings.
