U.S. Department of Agriculture to Grant Exclusive License for Dietary Fiber Gel Patent

The U.S. Department of Agriculture has announced its intention to grant an exclusive license to Fiber-Gels Technologies, Inc. for U.S. Patent No. 5,766,662, which covers a method for creating calorie-reduced foods and was patented on June 16, 1998.
