McDonnell Douglas Model MD-11 Series Airplanes to Receive Airworthiness Directive for Electrical Wiring Protection

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) proposes a new airworthiness directive for certain McDonnell Douglas Model MD-11 series airplanes to relocate electrical wiring tracks on the flight compartment floor beams to prevent electrical arcing and potential fires in the cockpit.
