EPA Hosts Public Listening Sessions on TMDL Program and NPDES Issues

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is holding a series of public listening sessions to gather input from the public on the Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) program and related issues within the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) program, as mandated by the Clean Water Act.
