Appointment of Member to Agency Performance Review Board

The U.S. Office of Special Counsel (OSC) has appointed Sharlyn A. Grigsby, Director of the Office of Civil Service Personnel Management at the U.S. Department of State, as a new member of the Performance Review Board, a committee established to review agency performance, as mandated by the Federal Employees Civil Service Reform Act of 1978 (5 U.S.C. 4314(c)(2)).
