EPA Approves Pennsylvania's Air Quality Plan to Reduce Nitrogen Oxides in Pittsburgh Area

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has finalized revisions to Pennsylvania's State Implementation Plan (SIP) to limit nitrogen oxides (NOX) emissions from four sources in the Pittsburgh-Beaver Valley ozone nonattainment area, in compliance with the Clean Air Act (CAA).
