FLETC Cheltenham, MD Proposes Environmental Assessment for Law Enforcement Training Facility

The Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) is planning to renovate a former Naval Communications Detachment in Cheltenham, MD, to create a training facility for federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies in the Washington, DC area, and has announced its intention to prepare an Environmental Assessment under the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969.
