EPA Approves Full Operating Permit Program for District of Columbia

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has finalized approval of the District of Columbia's operating permit program, which regulates emissions from major stationary sources, following amendments to the Clean Air Act in 1990 and a previous interim approval in 1995.
