EPA Proposes Full Approval of Sacramento Metropolitan Air Quality Management District's Operating Permit Program

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to fully approve the Sacramento Metropolitan Air Quality Management District's operating permit program, which aims to regulate emissions from major stationary sources and other sources within the district's jurisdiction, following revisions made in response to the 1990 Clean Air Act Amendments.
