EPA Proposes Full Approval of South Coast Air Quality Management District's Operating Permit Program

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve revisions to the South Coast Air Quality Management District's operating permit program, which aims to regulate emissions from major stationary sources and other sources in California, following a 1996 interim approval with some deficiencies.
