U.S. Labor Department Extends Comment Period for H-2A Worker Fees and Rule Changes

The U.S. Labor Department has extended the comment period for proposed rule changes that would require employers to pay fees for labor certification and H-2A petitions, as well as modify the fee structure for these applications.
