Return to Normal Procedures-Filings With New York Field Office

The U.S. Board has lifted exceptions to its normal case processing procedures at the New York Field Office, which were put in place following the 9/11 attacks on the World Trade Center in 2001. The exceptions for the September 26, 2001 announcement remain in effect.
