Scientist Found Guilty of Plagiarism in NIH Grant Application

The U.S. Public Health Service has found David A. Padgett, an Assistant Professor at The Ohio State University College of Dentistry, guilty of plagiarizing and misrepresenting research data in a grant application to the National Institute of Aging, National Institutes of Health.
