Commission Approves Digital Television Channel Change for New Orleans

The FCC has approved a change in digital television channel allocation for New Orleans, Louisiana, at the request of LeSEA Broadcasting Corporation, which will now use channel 21c instead of channel 14, in compliance with community coverage requirements.
