Correction to Annual Leave Regulations Due to National Emergency

The U.S. government has corrected the effective date of interim regulations regarding annual leave, which were originally published on November 2, 2001, to reflect the current national emergency and ensure employees who work to support the nation during this time will not forfeit excess leave.
