US Postal Service Updates Postage Meter Regulations for Enhanced Security

The US Postal Service is revising its Domestic Mail Manual to include new policies and regulations for more secure postage evidencing systems, such as those using Postal Security Devices, information-based indicia, and PC Postage, in an effort to improve postal security.
