Access Charge Reform, Price Cap Performance Review for Local Exchange Carriers

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is extending the deadline for local exchange carriers to submit comments and reply comments on their cost submissions, which are part of the price cap performance review. This extension applies to price cap local exchange carriers in the subscriber line charge (SLC) cost review proceeding.
