Treasury Department Amends FHA Debenture Regulations, Requires Submission to Bureau of Public Debt

The Department of the Treasury has updated the rules governing Federal Housing Administration (FHA) debentures, requiring them to be submitted to the Bureau of the Public Debt for processing, a change from the previous submission to the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia.
