Florida Citrus Committee Lowers Assessment Rate for Oranges, Grapefruit, Tangerines, and Tangelos

The Citrus Administrative Committee has reduced the assessment rate for Florida citrus growers from $0.0055 to $0.005 per 4/5 bushel carton, effective for the 2001-02 fiscal period and beyond, to help manage the marketing order for oranges, grapefruit, tangerines, and tangelos grown in the state.
