EPA Clears Umatilla Generating Project and Big Creek No. 4 Hydroelectric Project for Environmental Review

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has completed a limited review of the draft Environmental Impact Statements (EIS) for the Umatilla Generating Project and the Big Creek No. 4 Hydroelectric Project, respectively, and does not foresee any environmental objections to these projects, clearing them for further review.
