Disaster Assistance; Fire Management Assistance Grant Program

This rule implements section 420 of the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act as amended by the Disaster Mitigation Act of 2000, and provides overall program guidance on the operation and administration of the Fire Management Assistance Grant Program.
