U.S. Commerce Department Preliminarily Finds Mexico Subsidizing U.S. Chassis Imports

The U.S. Department of Commerce has found that Mexican producers and exporters of certain chassis and subassemblies are receiving countervailable subsidies, prompting a preliminary countervailing duty determination and a review of the final antidumping duty determination.
