U.S. Makes Determinations on China Trade Act of 1988

The U.S. government has made determinations regarding the People's Republic of China under Section 1106(a) of the Omnibus Trade and Competitiveness Act of 1988, a law aimed at promoting fair trade practices between the two countries.
