EPA Comments on Forest Service Plans for User-Created Trails and Wilderness Protection

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has expressed concerns over the environmental impacts of user-created trails and inadequate protection of wilderness areas, particularly in relation to water quality and biodiversity.
