EPA Proposes Disapproval and Approval of Revisions to Arizona State Implementation Plan

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to disapprove revisions to the Pinal County Air Quality Control District's portion of the Arizona State Implementation Plan (SIP) and to approve a revision concerning definitions, while also removing rules previously approved in error, as part of its actions under the Clean Air Act of 1990.
