Final Opportunity for Parties To Refresh the Record Regarding Reconsideration of Rules

The Federal Communications Commission is providing a list of parties that did not respond to previous notices regarding petitions for reconsideration of several reports, and will mail a notice to these parties to allow them to respond and potentially revive their petitions.
