EPA Revises Azoxystrobin Tolerance for Emergency Exemptions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has revised a time-limited tolerance for combined residues of azoxystrobin in or on Brassica leafy vegetables, specifically limiting it to cabbage and raising the residue level from 25 ppm to 30 ppm, in response to an emergency exemption granted under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA). The tolerance will expire on December 31, 2003.
