San Jacinto Rail Limited and Burlington Northern and Santa Fe Railway Company Seek Exemptions for Texas Rail Project

San Jacinto Rail Limited and Burlington Northern and Santa Fe Railway Company have filed a petition with the Surface Transportation Board to obtain exemptions for the construction and operation of a new 12.8-mile rail line in Harris County, Texas, near the Bayport Industrial District, in order to serve the petro-chemical industries.
