SEC Approves Amendment to Nasdaq/National Market System Plan

The Securities and Exchange Commission has granted approval for Amendment No. 12 to the Joint Self-Regulatory Organization plan, which governs the collection, consolidation, and dissemination of quotation and transaction information for exchange-listed securities on the Nasdaq/National Market System, submitted by the National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc., the Pacific Exchange, Inc., and several regional exchanges.
