EPA Proposes Approval of Revised Indiana Opacity Rules

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve revisions to Indiana's opacity rules, which address startup and shutdown provisions, averaging periods, and conflicts between readings, in accordance with EPA guidelines and in response to a request from the Indiana Department of Environmental Management (IDEM).
