EPA Approves Operating Permits for Nevada Air Quality Agencies

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has finalized the full approval of operating permits programs for Clark County Department of Air Quality Management, Washoe County District Health Department, and Nevada Division of Environmental Protection. The programs were initially approved on an interim basis in the mid-1990s and underwent revisions to meet EPA's conditions.
