Ocean Minerals Company Seeks Extension and Revision of Deep Seabed Mining License

Ocean Minerals Company (OMCO) has submitted a proposal to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) to extend its Deep Seabed Mining Exploration License USA-1 for five years and revise its exploration plan, in accordance with federal regulations.
